Do I get a top-notch high quality website for this package?
Within this price range and time frame, you will get a complete website that comes with a simple, minimal, clean and responsive design. What kind of platform do you use?
We primarily build our websites on WordPress and DIVI.
Are your websites responsive on all devices?
When we build websites, it is important for us to ensure that they are fully responsive for all devices, including desktop computers, tablets and mobiles (down to the smallest mobile). In total, there are 6.6 billion smartphone users in the world today.
Will I be able to update the site myself when it’s finished?
We love it when our clients are motivated to take control of their website and manage it independently. There will be an admin panel to handle the majority of the website’s frequent modifications, and the UI is very user friendly and easy to learn. Assistance will be provided should you need it.
Do we own the completed website?
You always have full ownership over your website. All login details will be provided during the full handover process.
How are project payments processed?
50% upfront payment is required before commencement of the project. The balance is paid after full completion and acceptance. Equal payments are made at the start and the end of the project.
Any warranty?
Yes. We have a 1-month warranty / free maintenance program that covers most issues you might find with your website after it’s been handed over to you. We’ll keep your website running in the same condition it was as the day it launched. After the 1-month you may choose to sign up for our maintenance package. Maintenance T&C applies.
Do you provide maintenance services?
Yes, we’ve a basic maintenance package available if you want us to make any adjustments to your current content.

- Max 3 updates (2 man hours / update).
- Total 6 hours / month.
- Man hours / month will expire at the end of the month.
If you need a more advanced maintenance plan, we’re more than happy to discuss any custom options.
What is expected of me as a client?
Constant communication with you on a regular basis during the project’s duration. You are also required to provide information of your business to be used and referenced in the website. Some of the information required are your logo (preferably in vector format) and your content (write-ups, images or any other media types).
Do I need to have all my content prepared prior to contacting you?
Preferably yes. The layout design, page allocations and overall design are very content dependent. If your business relies more on graphics and less text or vice versa, the layout design will be definitely different based on these elements and allocations.
If you’re starting from scratch and yet to have any content, we can propose an initial basic content structure / sitemap that you can use as a guideline for your content development.
How can I keep track of the progress?
You’ll be able to view the progress through a live demo throughout the design process on a temporary / staging platform. Communication will be constant during this process so that any feedback and changes can be applied before the design is finalized.
Domain & hosting
You are required to purchase your own domain and web hosting of your choice. Login details are required for the initial setup of your website.
Are there any recurring costs involved with owning a website?
Yes. At a minimum, you’ll need to renew your web hosting and domain name on a yearly basis (Longer renewal usually gives you access to lower rates).
How about SEO and search engine presence?
We’ll do the basic SEO optimizations on the main page as well as all of the pages of your site, including header tags, ALT tags and keyword optimizations. Your site will also be equipped with Google Analytics and registered with Google Search Console.
What is your Refund Policy
Project cancellation is possible but only a partial refund will be offered depending on the stage of the project we’re currently in. Once work has begun, minus the domain name and web hosting fee, only 50% of the paid cost will be refunded. No refund will be given once the first draft has been completed.
